Positive experience: Although we mostly stay in Cala Rajada, we gladly accept the 30-minute drive. The reason is the almost endless beach and the shallow water. Especially optimal for parents with small children as the little ones can splash around in the beach area without danger. Of course, you have to look for parking, which makes the arrival a bit stressful, but that's forgotten once you are lying on the beach. Even though it is ALWAYS crowded here in the summer: Everyone finds their spot :) We are already looking forward to the next time.

Positive experience: Beautiful beach, white sand and crystal clear water; come early and enjoy the morning; because in the afternoon there are too many people, due to being in a hotel area. There's a section, further away (they call it tower 4) where there are no hotels and they say it's quieter, I didn't know it, I found a spot a hundred meters from the pier, where the beach gets a little wider, and I stayed there. We found parking on a nearby street that didn't require a ticket. The area is really nice.

Fantastic experience: Nice beach, clean water, you can eat well at Grandma and Grandpa's and at the Ponderosa restaurant. Very long beach, great for walking all the way to Alcudia. Surf school with very nice owners, and the guys at the pedal boat rentals are great too. Always back to this beach.

For all beaches in Mallorca, if you want to avoid the crowds, come either early in the morning or after 6 pm.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, narrow sandy beach, with lifeguards during the day. Well suited for small children, as it goes far and shallow into the water. I recommend coming in the morning (e.g., sunrise), as there is hardly anyone here. Free small parking lot on Carrer Romani.

Fantastic experience: Top. As many have already written here, a very beautiful beach. The water is crystal clear as long as there are no waves or wind. It is also worth snorkeling. Starfish, fish, all of that can be seen here. If you arrive before 10 AM, you still have a good selection of beach loungers. Ideal for small children as the water is very shallow and you have to walk far in to swim.

Negative experience: Schöner Strand, aber leider sehr überfüllt (wir waren Mitte September da).Lauter Schirme und Liegen zum mieten. Im Hintergrund ein Hotel am anderen. Kein Strand zum Schnorcheln. Wird von Rettungsschwimmern überwacht. Waren enttäuscht.

Fantastic experience: Spettacolo! Acqua cristallina, pesci e sabbia per camminate. Bellissimo il pontile in legno che ti porta in mezzo al mare che permette di avere una visione diversa di Platja de Muro. Volendo si può partire dalla Platja de Picafort, arrivare fino a questo punto e proseguire..

Fantastic experience: Playa de Muro lunghissima spiaggia divisa in quattro sezioni e con accessi comodi e ben evidenziati. Parcheggio libero in tutti gli accessi. Vista praticamente in tutti i suoi aspetti. Le prime due sono le più vicine alla spiaggia di Alcúdia, quindi sono molto frequentate, circondate da hotel, ristoranti e servizi spiaggia. L'acqua è molto bassa con fondale in tutta sicurezza ideale x camminare e gustare la bellezza della spiaggia costeggiata da folte pinete sotto le quali ripararsi dal sole, fare picnic e rilassarsi. Qui si trova il famoso ponticello di legno visibile in moltissime foto. La mattina acqua generalmente trasparente e con pesci ben visibili. Ovviamente il vento e cielo nuvoloso possono a volte impedire di goderne a pieno ma generalmente è una garanzia. Eventuali presenti a riva tratti di quelle che sembrano alghe e invece soltanto piante di posidonia che permettono la rigenerazione delle acque. Più a sud altro accesso conduce a zona piu selvaggia e ci si arriva tramite passerella in legno che attraversa la rigogliosa riserva di Albufera. Ultimo tratto, verso Can Picafort più turistico ma nn meno suggestivo. Dopo averla vista diverse volte in più anni resta una delle spiagge più facilmente raggiungibili e meglio usufruibili della zona nord ovest di Mallorca.
