Fantastic experience: Great, spacious beach, clean, no visible seaweed on the beach, fine sand, almost completely empty during the mid-September travel time, but quite windy. There were plenty of parking spaces, probably too few during the high season.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place with good parking for €5 all day
Positive experience: Very nice beach, parking costs 5€ which is quite expensive and for what we all pay, the corresponding municipality better fix the road from Barbate to Bolonia, the roads are falling apart with bumps, cracks, holes... unmarked, both lanes split in half, pieces without shoulders and without separation lines between lanes, what a disappointment.
Fantastic experience: My favorite beach by far. Spacious, with fine blonde sand... It needs to improve access and some services, but that would attract even more people (which is already too much) and it would lose its charm.
Negative experience: It's a real beach disaster; they have completely ruined it, super overcrowded and with prices like gold. You have to pay to breathe. I do not recommend it to anyone; they rob you wherever you go. They charge €10 in some places and €5 in others, depending on how they feel like it, for parking in an area without a license because the one they have is agricultural. All the land is used for cattle ranching. Authorities should take action and fine everyone who does not comply with the law.

Fantastic experience: September 5 Time 5:00 PM We came to explore this area and were impressed by the beauty, size, and cleanliness of the beach. The sand is very soft and the water is crystal clear. I see many people with dogs but no one seems to mind, which I like, I also bring Nela, (Labrador). The road to get here is a bit complicated because of its curves, but once here it's worth it. Today there is plenty of parking, but I recommend going a little further towards Lentiscal to find a quieter area with a small shop nearby and easy parking. The beach has lifeguard service, a positive point. Would I come back? Every time I can.

Positive experience: Es una playa que está bien pero tampoco es la bomba , la parte más positiva es que al haber tanto viento casi siempre allí te bronceas sin pasar nada de calor , pero al que no le guste el viento en la playa error total . Admiten perros así que genial para los que tengáis mascota

Fantastic experience: Seeing the dunes early if the sand doesn't burn you, you eat well at the chiringuito La Dunas.
Positive experience: Despite how beautiful this beach is, for me one of the best, the overcrowding makes it almost like another city beach. I have been coming to this beach since I was a child, and in recent years it has been complicated to go. It has good restaurants, and few other services, but the best thing about this beach is the beach itself, with its dune, that generally crystal clear water, and those ruins that can be seen along the beach and, even, some remains under the sea.

Positive experience: Beautiful long beach. The nudist beach is located at the end of the beach opposite the high dune, so to the east. Easy to find when parking the car (free) close to the Sunset or Sirocco restaurants. We were disappointed that the nudist beach is not suitable for swimming because of the many rocks in the sea.

Positive experience: Buena playa en Bolonia, muy recomendable si se aprovecha para visitar y disfrutar junto con la duna de Bolonia. Cuenta con socorristas, varios chiringuitos y bares (importante reservar en temporada alta) y algunas tiendas de alimentación. Puede ser necesario pagar para aparcar
Positive experience: Sehr schöner Strand mit klarem Wasser. Leider war es extrem windig, so windig, dass trotz Schirm alles binnen Minuten versandet oder wegweht. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, eine große Sanddüne gibt es auch. Parken in der Hautsaison für 1,50€ überaus günstig. Lifeguards sind vor Ort und aufmerksam. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, aber wie überall rundum Tarifa gibt der Wind den Takt vor. An windstilleren Tagen sicherlich unschlagbar.

Fantastic experience: Espectacular playa de arena fina y clara. A pesar del COVID-19, estuvimos un martes y había mucha gente. Al tratarse de una playa de grandes dimensiones se respeta la distancia de seguridad. Si no quieres sufrir atascos en el acceso a la playa tienes qué madrugar un poco. Ideal para ir con niños y estar tranquilos ya que tiene una pendiente muy suave. Aguas limpias y tonos turquesa.

Fantastic experience: Bolonia y su duna es una de las playas más bonitas de Cádiz y de toda España. Es bien conocida por su ambiente, su agua fría y cristalina, y por supuesto por su duna. De hecho se ha rodado varios spots de publicidad allí, el más reciente una compañía de telefonía que prefiero no mencionar aquí. Para llegar hay que pasar por la antigua nacional dirección a tarifa y la vista es alucinante. Es la típica carretera sinuosa con curvas pronunciadas que poco a poco nos deja descubrir uno de los tesoros más valorados de nuestra provincia. Cerca de ella tenemos Baelo Claudia, otro lugar que obligada visita. En cuanto al ocio, Bolonia no te va a defraudar, hay chiringuitos, puedes practicar surf, paddle surf, etc. Bolonia esconde uno de sus tesoros a unos 45 minutos andando y son las llamadas piscinas que en bajamar nos muestra otra maravilla de esta playa. Sin embargo, no todo es perfecto, y es que es una playa que se masifica y si hay algo de viento, no es muy agradable estar. Es maravilloso ver cómo las vacas pastan a antojo por la playa como si fuera uno más. Por cierto, es una pena que la plaga de algas eche por tierra todo lo que la naturaleza ha conseguido, y me refiero a las piscinas porque han arrasado todo.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, fine sand, crystal clear waters, and an environment that makes it unique, although increasingly less unique and somewhat more deteriorated by the maximum influx of people who have come in recent years and do not take care of it as they should, not all of course. Fantastic experience: Très grande plage de sable blanc, idéal pour faire du kite surf car relativement venteux. Au bout de la plage vous pouvez grimper en haut d'une dune pour avoir une vue d'ensemble de la plage.

Fantastic experience: Es una playa demasiado larga, y si te alejas mucho tienes que andar demasiado, algo bueno es que al lado están las dunas de Bolonia, que son muy interesantes, grandes y divertidas, donde puedes subir arriba del todo a contemplar unas pedazos de vistas de todo el mar y la playa. El agua suele estar muy fría, pero aún así puedes pegarte un buen baño. Tampoco hay mucha profundidad, pero si mucho aire depende del día. Al entrar a la playa encontraremos unas escaleras que nos guiarán hasta el mirador de está playa y dunas, lo malo es que al ser la playa muy larga pues este puente es igual. Justamente al lado podemos encontrar dos búnkers de la guerra civil española. El primero que es el más cercano es un poco pequeño pero está lleno de porquería que tira la gente y también está un poco derrumbado, lo que dificulta la entrada a este, aunque no recomiendo entrar y no suele haber nadie alrededor. El segundo búnker está mucho más lejos, de este no tengo nada que hablar, ya que no llegué a verlo. Unas playas que recomendaría al 100/100 para ir con los niños

Fantastic experience: Splendida spiaggia, protetta rispetto a quella di Tarifa con una bellissima duna da scalare e mare limpido e... freddino come l'oceano. Servita da diversi parcheggi e "chiringuiti" dove poter mangiare
Fantastic experience: Playa de arena fina, aguas limpias y con pequeñas y divertidas olas. Tiene facil aparcamiento por tan solo 1'5€ en los alrededores, chiringuitos y la famosa duna de Bolonia de fondo.
Positive experience: La playa es bonita pero no como la mejor de la zona como dicen algunas personas, es bastante amplia, pero al ser muy abierta esta expuesta a los vientos, incluso la más mínima brisa te molesta por la cantidad de arena, de ahí que la duna tenga su buen montón de arena, recomendación! Traer una sombrilla muy grande para evitar que la arena te cubra, en días de verano hay muchísima gente al ser de fácil acceso la playa esta muy llena de gente, el parqueo de auto no es caro, para julio 2022 cuesta 1.50€, para niños es recomendable, un paseo por la duna es divertido aunque hay mejores playas en la zona que esta

Fantastic experience: Toller Strand mit recht hoher Düne. Ende Juni schon sehr voll, andere Strände waren deutlich leerer. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Man muss nichts zahlen, wird jedoch eingewiesen und kann ein kleines Trinkgeld geben. Sehr viele Strandverkäufer verschiedenster Art. Haben unsere Habseligkeiten (bis auf die Wertsachen) knapp 1,5 h unbeaufsichtigt gelassen, um zur und auf die Düne zu laufen - es ist nichts weggekommen.
Negative experience: Difícil acceso y decepcionante como playa...hay otras con menos renombre mucho más encantadoras.

Fantastic experience: De las mejores playas de España. Agua cristalina, mucha arena, un parking grande al lado que sale 2 euros. Es verdad que por la tarde se levanto un poquito de viento pero la playa es espectacular. Super recomendable. También tiene un baño público gratuito que está bien.

Fantastic experience: It's a natural 'paradise'. It has a spectacular dune with an impressive sunset. On clear days, you can see Africa (Morocco) in the distance. In summer, it must be admitted that it is crowded almost all day, but you can go and there is usually space. If the Levante wind is strong, the sand stings and the tide can be dangerous, but it's an impressive beach. There are fish, rocks, seaweed, and you can enjoy a lot.

Fantastic experience: The beach is beautiful. It somewhat resembles the Baltic beaches, which are lacking in southern Europe. I visited on a sunny but not too hot weekend, so there were quite a few people on the beach, but there was no problem with parking.

Fantastic experience: Extraordinary beach in the Municipal Term of Tarifa, in Cádiz, almost four km long and an average width of 70 meters. Impressive dunes, clean sands, walkways in its interior bordering the ruins of the Roman City of Baelo Claudia, pine forests.... A marvel. However, the access road is poor, and no matter how large the beach seems to us, it can become overcrowded with cars until it is materially impossible to park.

Fantastic experience: Virgin beach very clean! With white and fine sand and turquoise waters!! Nothing to envy Cancun!! It is a wonder to appreciate Africa in the background with the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia behind; it is pure magic!! The dune is endless and looks beautiful when seen from below, climbing it is a torment and it's not that great! What is wonderful is to have that natural landscape. When I went, there was a guy walking around making mojitos, and I thanked him a lot because he appeared just when I came down from the dune, and his mojitos are very tasty!! Of the beaches I have visited so far, this one along with Isla Mujeres (Riviera Maya) is one of the best!! In Andalusia, we have wonders that we should learn to value!! What I didn't see around were the famous cows from the pictures... Nor any signs of them!

Fantastic experience: One of the best beaches in the province. Of course, try to go when there's little wind and outside of the peak season because, although large, its almost pristine nature, its relatively calm sea, and the Roman ruins of the ancient Baelo Claudia behind it, make it a small paradise of crystal clear waters and fine white sand. A spectacle.

Fantastic experience: The beach is very spacious and crowded. There are several paid parking lots nearby, for 2-3 euros young people (I don't know if they are workers or not) will guide you to a parking space and even suggest how to park better. I really liked the beach itself. The sand is light and very fine. The water is clean and very clear, but quite cold. Here, it practically feels like the open ocean. On the right side of the beach, there is a beautiful sandy spit where you can take a walk.

Negative experience: Overcrowded and lacking necessary infrastructure. They have destroyed a unique environment; the lack of control by the town hall has turned it into a kind of Benidorm.

Positive experience: Beautiful beach, you can see Morocco about 11-12km away. There are good beach bars. The water is cold and there's a lot of wind. On the far right looking at the sea is the sand dune. I don't give it a 5 because the cold water and wind on the day I went were a drawback.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many beaches here in Spain and this is undoubtedly one of the best (if not the best). The crystal clear water, the white sand, and little wind make it feel like a movie. We traveled from Estepona, a bit far the journey but it was totally worth it.

Fantastic experience: September 5 Time 5:00 PM We came to explore this area and were impressed by the beauty, size, and cleanliness of the beach. The sand is very soft and the water is crystal clear. I see many people with dogs but no one seems to mind, which I like, I also bring Nela, (Labrador). The road to get here is a bit complicated because of its curves, but once here it's worth it. Today there is plenty of parking, but I recommend going a little further towards Lentiscal to find a quieter area with a small shop nearby and easy parking. The beach has lifeguard service, a positive point. Would I come back? Every time I can.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful, fantastic, incredible... I ran out of adjectives to describe the beach and the dunes of Bolonia, a marvel. At first, there were a few seaweeds in the water, but after a while, it was gone with the currents, and the water became crystal clear. You could see many times yourself swimming around. I am from Málaga and I love this beach and all those in Cádiz much more than ours.
