Positive experience: Beautiful bay. Unfortunately, one star deduction for the parking fee. This is unfortunately really not cheap but still better than at the beach Cala Treumal right next door. Here you pay for the hours started. At Treumal there is only a daily rate.

Fantastic experience: Come early for parking, and it's a steep walk down to the beach. With a baby and a push chair, it's difficult.. But a lovely beach and a must visit

Positive experience: The access is from the parking lot of Cala Treumal. Arriving by car at 6 PM and closing at 8 PM, they charge the full price of €12. I think they should have a proportional price based on the time you spend there. The cove is definitely worth it, but keep in mind that on August 16th at 7:18 PM there is hardly any sun left.

Negative experience: It's not what it used to be, a lot of people, too many people, parking full of cars (very expensive) beach full of people and trash, very dirty water and also full of trash. We used to like it a lot but now it's not worth going.

Positive experience: Quiet beach although the parking is very expensive if you stay there all day.

Positive experience: Beautiful but dangerous; kids pass through and dogs are allowed, or at least they were.

Positive experience: Santa Cristina beach. It is a sandy beach, about 250 meters long. Turquoise and crystal-clear water. Let's get to the important part: Medium/fine sand. I recommend getting there by 10:00 or earlier to find good parking and secure a spot in the front line. The parking is paid, but you can find free areas if you walk a little. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and gets crowded. At the back of the beach, I found an area with stones and tiny paradisiacal sandy spots that are very quiet to settle down. Access is very easy, going down some stairs from the parallel street. There is a pretty nice beach bar, but it is very expensive. It has bins and showers. Perfect for snorkeling and SUP.

Positive experience: Playa en Lloret del Mar. Debes subir la montaña para llegar a ella. Allí hay una entrada donde está la ermita y debes pagar parking y no te preocupes tendrás un buen lugar. La playa no está al instante hay un sendero de que debes hacer inclinado. Tiene su pendiente. No lo recomiendo para personas con limitaciones de movilidad. Ya que debes subir la cuesta para regresar. La playa súper cristalina. Es de arena gruesa pero está muy bien. El área de playa es amplia y cómoda. No te sentiras asfixiado. Tienes dos opciones para comer como restaurant. Están bastante ricas. Se come bien. En el restaurant el primero que te encuentras se llena rápida osea debes hacer fila para comer. Pero vale la pena. La paella es muy rica. Las olas de la playa muy suaves o mejor dicha casi ni tiene. Son como 5 o 6 metros de baja profundidad y luego si se hace ondo. Recomiendo zapatos para la playa ya que la renta es gruesa y puede hacerte daño y más porque te hundes en ella. Pero sino los tienes igual la pasaras muy bien.

Fantastic experience: Muy buena playa para pasar el día, el parking estuvimos el día entero y nos costó 7,30€. Hay bares y restaurantes. Hay una compañía de barcos que te llevan a otras playas de cercanías a buen precio. Y bastantes actividades.

Positive experience: Beautiful beach one might say, but everyone likes it differently. It has more red sand and steep drops. It is clean, and there are enough trash cans around. On the left and right, it becomes a bit rocky, which is great for snorkeling. We also saw a few small and large fish. It is only conditionally recommended for non-swimmers and small children as it gets deep quickly.

Positive experience: The beach where callouses go to die as the rough sand is an ideal exfoliant for your feet… the water is clear (aside from some man-made flotsam) and the setting is beautiful. Lots of public parking available - keep your ticket and pay when you leave. Short walk down a steep hill for beach access. BYO umbrella or pay a few euros for the ones already set up. Very crowded on a Summer Saturday afternoon but still lots of fun. It helped that the surf was up. Plan to shower at home. As of July 2024 the public freshwater showers that used to be there (and still appear on the signs) have been removed…

Fantastic experience: Beautiful bay near Lloret de Mar, mixed sand with pebbles, crystal clear water. Great for spending the whole day, with restaurants and bars close to the beach. Paid parking.

Fantastic experience: Fine sand, little overcrowding, and a couple of restaurants nearby to refresh oneself. One of the best beaches I have visited on the Costa Brava.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach on the Costa Brava, you can walk from Cala Treumal. Crystal clear water, no rocks, little waves.

Fantastic experience: We loved spending the day at Santa Cristina Beach. It's a super quiet beach, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun without the hustle and bustle of other busier beaches. They have everything: showers, hammocks, umbrellas, and a beach bar to grab a bite, so you don’t have to worry about bringing much. Also, the water is crystal clear, perfect for swimming or snorkeling. The best part is that if you walk a little, you reach Cala Treumal, which is a true hidden gem. This cove is smaller and has a more natural and exotic atmosphere, surrounded by vegetation. If you’re looking for a more intimate place, you will love it. One tip: if you are in the area in July, don't miss the Santa Cristina maritime procession, it's a super cool and unique experience. And if you feel like walking, the hermitage of Santa Cristina and the Pinya de Rosa botanical garden are nearby and worth it. In summary, if you are looking for a nice and uncrowded beach on the Costa Brava, Santa Cristina Beach and Cala Treumal are a perfect option. We will definitely return! However, parking is paid, about €12.

Fantastic experience: One of the best coves in Catalonia. Paid parking. €1.80/hour (very expensive). To access the cove, you have to go down a fairly steep dirt ramp, that's the only downside. It has a beach bar and restrooms. Crystal clear and clean water. You can practice snorkeling. You can walk to the neighboring coves because they are connected. It gets very crowded, it's advisable to go early.

Fantastic experience: Paid parking, but well arranged, and for a beach + cove much cleaner than the ones next door. However, it quickly gets crowded. On site, there are restaurants, an ice cream shop, a tennis court, and a swimming pool. Rental of sun loungers and umbrellas. What I like is the mix of people where no one seems to judge between topless and burkinis, everyone lives their life and has their place in this little corner of paradise! Nice for those who like to watch marine life... or the braver ones to jump from small cliffs. In short, the only cove on the Costa Brava that I love everything.

Fantastic experience: Santa Cristina Beach is a fantastic beach to visit. It is a child-friendly beach, with good facilities, such as toilets, lifeguards, good parking conditions, beach chair hire and good places to eat. You should be aware that the parking area is approximately 500 meters from the beach and it costs 1.75 euros per hour to park. The path down to the beach is a bit steep and people with mobility problems may have some difficulty getting down to the beach. I recommend taking swimming shoes with you, as there is a rock formation out in the water that is really exciting to get to, but you need swimming shoes, otherwise the rest of the beach is a sandy beach where swimming shoes are not necessary. We will give this beach 5 stars - ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Fantastic experience: Très bel endroit. Une église donne vue sur la magnifique plage. Il y a moyen de longer l’eau pour explorer les alentours. Pour les amateurs de saut, il y a de beaux endroits d’où sauter de 3 à 6 mètres dans l’eau, tout en sécurité. En ce qui concerne l’accessibilité, il y a un parking payant (environ 2€ de l’heure)

Positive experience: Magnífica playa, espectacular. Vistas preciosas y agua muy limpia, transparente. Con 2 restaurantes similares y cercanos. Servicio de socorrista. El precio de parking es correcto en comparación a otros, 2€/ hora.

Fantastic experience: Playa muy familiar .. agua limpia .. ideal para niños .. tenes un chiringuito y socorrista. Desde el estacionamiento tenes que caminar un poco depende de la hora que llegues.. precio máximo alrededor de 10 euros x el día.. nosotros llegamos tipo 11 hs hasta las 20 : 30 y pagamos eso !! Súper recomendable !

Negative experience: Estuvimos el sábado por la tarde cuando nos íbamos a la hora que cierran la entrada una amiga que tiene serios problemas de salud se empezó a encontrar mal, paramos al chico de seguridad que va con la moto pidiéndole por favor que nos dejara entrar con un coche que esta persona se encontraba mal y que tenia serios problemas de salud, problemas que se le explicaron. Y la respuesta del chico y su jefe fue que no. Suerte que el último coche que salía del parking lo pudimos parar y fueron tan amables de sacar a mi amiga de allí. Esto a ocurrido el sábado 12/09/2020 sobre las 20:00 mas o menos. Una vergüenza. Denegaron el auxilió a una persona que podría haber tenido graves consecuencias. Deberían despedir al chico y a su jefe por denegación de auxilio.

Positive experience: The beach is very nice, but its beauty is spoilt by the hotel on the top of the cliff.

Positive experience: En fin de semana hay demasiada gente. Tiene lavabos públicos, duchas, restaurante y chiringuito. Hay 2 parkings muy grandes y cuestan alrededor de 10 € la estadía diaria. Para llegar a la playa hay que bajar escaleras. Ideal para ir con niños. Hay padle surf y tours en barco.

Fantastic experience: Platja preciosa de sorra clara i un xic gruixuda. Limita al sud-oest amb la cala blanenca Treumal i al nord-est, tombant la Punta de Llevant, amb la cala Sa Boadella (que té una part nudista). Aigües transparents de color turquesa i verd maragda. Roques amb pins a tocar del mar. Un extrem amb fons rocallós ple de peixos, crancs i algues, ideal per fer snorkel. Té un restaurant a peu de platja amb personal amable i preus continguts. S'hi pot arribar amb creuers des de Blanes, Lloret, Tossa... També a peu des de Lloret o Blanes, o bé amb Kayak, Pàdel surf... És una de les platges més boniques de la Costa Brava sud.

Fantastic experience: Buen lugar para relajarse o practicar puddle surf o surf

Positive experience: We were there early September 2016. Crystal clear water quality is second to none. But it was sooo dirty on the surface of water, with everything from panty liners to plastic bags. Sand had many cigarette butts making it no-fun for kids to play. There are enough eataries and umbrella/sunbed rentals, but bring cash.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach in a cozy bay. You can snorkel wonderfully here, there's plenty to see. There's also a nice beach bar with very tasty food.

Positive experience: A very busy beach in summer, you have to find your little spot! But for snorkeling enthusiasts, it's a fantastic spot where you feel like you're in an aquarium; you can see a great variety of fish, all more beautiful than the others. The water is crystal clear, it's incredible. It's a must-see detour in Lloret de Mar.

Fantastic experience: Muy recomendable, esta playa cerca de blanes está muy bien si vas pronto te recomiendo aparcar en el primer parking que cuesta unos 7€ por día además este parking cuenta con sombra para el coche y esto se agradece cuando regresas para ir a casa del parking a la playa no hay más de 4 m caminado si vas con niños esta bien la zona de rocas donde pueden divertirse.

Fantastic experience: Es una cala muy bonita. Aguas transparentes, frías, un montículo de rocas donde los niños disfrutan en grande tirándose, y muy recomendable para llevar una máscara de buceo. Un 10 de playa. El chiringuito un trato excelente

Fantastic experience: Maravillosa cala escondida entre Lloret de mar y Blanes, tiene parking pagando 7 € puedes aparcar el coche desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 21:00 ,caminar 2 minutos y listo para pasar un grandia en la playa,no es profunda y tiene una zona muy chula rocosa pero acta para todos los públicos con un calzado adecuado para las rocas ,unas gafas de buceo ,tienes que ir pronto por que esta llena de gente y cuesta un poco coger sitio ,tiene 2 restaurantes y un quiosco para poder comprar algo de beber o comer

Positive experience: Scenary is nice. Fine sand but very croudy. Beach is small and busy. Great for miny scuba for kids. Plenty of fish to see for kids. High prices for drinks and ice cream.

Positive experience: Hermoso lugar para las personas que disfrutan de las calas de costa brava el agua cristalina y la diversidad marina del lugar , llegar temprana los fines de semana.

Positive experience: Magnífica playa, para relajarse, hacer snorkel, kayak, o simplemente estar tumbad@ en la arena, eso sí...hay que ir pronto, no esperes un hueco en primera línea a partir de las 12
